The Can Plant Residences are a multifamily concept created to embrace the historic Pearl neighborhood of San Antonio where the property is located. The neighborhood itself was built around the pre-prohibition Pearl beer brewery, and the Can Plant Residences strived to highlight its history from its name to its architecture.

The Can Plant’s architecture style is an industrial-modern design with a retro twist. Public plaza areas surround the site and connect it to the overarching network and trails to the rest of the Pearl Brewery entertainment district. Multiple styles of living are accommodated at the Can Plant Residences where residents can choose to live in traditional multifamily dwelling units or separate town homes all within reach of an ever-growing commercial district.
