Project Coordinator / Project Architect
Who you are:
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with 5+ years of professional architectural experience (Multifamily preferred); someone who thrives in a creative and collaborative work environment. You enjoy solving design problems and resolving unique challenges without losing sight of the bigger picture.
You will be a vital part of a team, working closely with project designers and our production teams to develop plans from the end of concept through to construction. You will have an opportunity to learn all aspects of the documentation process.
You are a self-motivated critical thinker who enjoys collaboration and solving design opportunities. Attention to detail is innate to you and you strive for effective communication.
You will be working with our project teams to:
- Develop and manage Revit models for multi-family projects
- Produce and coordinate construction drawings and details
- Use creative thinking to refine and resolve design issues
- Develop and foster trusted relationships with coworkers and clients
- Lead coordination with consultants from other disciplines
- Research appropriate materials, products and systems
- Research code and ensure compliance
Qualifications:
- Professional degree in architecture from an accredited university program
- Five years of professional experience in Revit modeling and construction document production
- Knowledge of the design and construction process, detailing methods, and product specification methods
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-family residential architecture practice
- Familiarity with multi-family residential design and detailing
- Knowledge of building codes and standards relevant to multi-family residential projects
