Southline Residences was developed as part of a revitalization of the historic Pearl Brewery District of San Antonio. Aiming to create a multifamily development that honors the character of the neighborhood, Southline offers residents the best in modern urban living.

Rather than solely focusing on generating revenue, the developers worked with our team to construct a building that would become a neighborhood landmark in a growing entertainment district, providing direct, private access to the San Antonio River Walk. Communal areas include a gourmet kitchen, a multi-level fitness center, and a warm private library. Two courtyards and a pool deck provide abundant outdoor space. In a playful nod to neighborhood history, a grain silo has been transformed into a poolside kitchen. The project incorporates live-work residences and serves as a model to develop housing properties with architectural integrity and enduring character.
