The Oaks is a 357-unit multifamily community in the Fall Creek area of northeast Houston, conceived as a four-story residential building organized into five distinct phases within a single structure. Developed in partnership with the Houston Housing Authority, the project is designed to maximize efficiency and density while maintaining a comfortable, human-scaled environment. A mix of detached garages, carports, and resident-focused amenities—including an outdoor dog wash—supports both functionality and everyday convenience.

At the heart of the community, three interior courtyards—pool, activity, and quiet—offer a range of experiences, from social gathering to more private retreat. The site is carefully planned to accommodate a detention pond to the south while preserving direct access to the North Sam Houston Parkway, creating a well-connected and highly functional living environment.
